"Tamagawa Junmai Ginjo Fuyuko Usunigori" is a winter-limited sake from Kinoshita Sake Brewery, located in Kyotango, the northern coast of Kyoto. Inspired by the snowy winter scenery of Kumihama, where the brewery stands, this lightly cloudy (usunigori) sake has a soft, snow-white appearance. While Tamagawa is known for its rich, full-bodied character, "Fuyuko" takes a lighter approach with a cleaner finish. The freshly pressed junmai ginjo carries gentle rice sediment (ori) that adds a soft, juicy touch to its crisp umami. A perfect pairing for winter seafood — especially the famous Tango crab.
