Kiminoi Brewery is located along the road formerly known as Hokkoku-Kaido Araishuku. Thanks to the "land of heavy snowfall," Arai area becomes a natural refrigerator in winter. It is blessed with abundant groundwater, such as river-bed water from the Yashiro River from Mt. Myoko. This condition makes Arai an ideal environment for sake brewing. Kiminoi Brewery has been growing with the blessing of the snow.
