This Daiginjo has beautiful pale gold color, refreshing aroma, fresh and decent taste. It uses Muroka (un charcoal filtered) Junmai Daiginjo Nama sake blended with sake that is aged for one year at minus 10 degrees Celsius, then it is heated up only before shipping. It's a special sake that you can enjoy its umami flavor. Also this sake won the prizes in various competitions all over the world. It is recommended to serve chilled or at room temperature. You can also have it slightly warmed at 30 to 40 degrees Celsius. It goes well with sukiyaki, pepper steak, and something used cheese or butter as well.
