This exceptional sake is crafted by Takagi Shuzo, the brewery behind the legendary Juyondai, using the rare sake rice "Sakemirai", which took 18 years to develop. Milled to 50%, this Junmai Daiginjo is brewed using the traditional Kimoto method and carefully aged for about two years.
