Daisekkei Sake Brewery Company

Nagano

Founded in 1898, our brewery was renamed 'Daisekkei' in 1949. Our philosophy is to craft sake with sincerity and dedication, without any pretense. We use natural spring water sourced from the Northern Alps on our premises for brewing and primarily employ locally-grown 'Miyama Nishiki' rice. We aim to produce sake that embodies the beautiful and refreshing qualities of the Azumino region.
