Their flagship label, Oguni Sakuragawa, is made with 100% locally grown rice from Oguni and other parts of Yamagata. With a deep respect for the local environment, the brewery focuses on bringing out the natural character of the region in every bottle. They use Yamagata KA yeast, a strain developed in Yamagata Prefecture, which gives the sake a refined and elegant aroma.
