Established in 1923 during the Taisho era, located in the main production area of Bizen rice, we use premium rice varieties such as Asahi rice to craft aromatic sake. The owner personally participates in brewing, and all staff members dedicate themselves to continuous improvement, striving for excellence in every batch. We employ traditional Japanese kettles and steaming techniques to create perfectly steamed rice, contributing to our unique brewing process.
