This unfiltered, unpasteurized junmai ginjo has a high repeat rate among customers. Made from top-grade Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 50% for the koji and 55% for the brewing rice, it offers a fresh, slightly sparkling sensation typical of new sake. Its lychee-like aroma is followed by juicy sweetness that fills your mouth, reminiscent of biting into fresh fruit. Best enjoyed chilled in a wine glass.
