Rating from Customers

4.8

It is a dry sake typical of Shuho, with a firm umami flavor that spreads out and a dry crispness that can be enjoyed on the back end. It has a sweet aroma of strawberry and melon, but it is more refreshing than the aroma suggests. In the mouth, the sweetness is felt for a moment, and then it disappears. There is a slight bitterness, but it is not bothersome and disappears without any aftertaste. It is light, so it is easy to drink cold. On hot days, it is best to chill it well to enjoy the cool and refreshing sensation.
