This limited-edition Junmai Daiginjo celebrates the accomplishments of composer Yuji Koseki from Fukushima and his close friend, singer Hisao Ito from Motomiya. Daitengu Sake Brewery, which is related to Ito's family, honors their legacy, including the performances they held together in local theaters. Made with 100% Fukunoka, a sake rice variety unique to Fukushima, this sake offers a chance to appreciate their contributions while enjoying a refined brew.
