This sake is a dry, crisp "otokozake" (manly sake) with a sharp finish. Made with a strong commitment to local ingredients, it features Tamasakae rice, which is contract-grown in Fujikawa Town, where the brewery is located, and pure local spring water. The result is a true expression of the region, embodying the concept of 'local production for local consumption.' It has a clean mineral profile with a subtle sweetness, offering the essence of rice without any overpowering alcohol aroma. Best enjoyed slightly warmed (40°C-45°C).
