We are a sake brewery established during the Meiji era in Tsuwano, located in the western part of Shimane Prefecture. Benefitting from the natural surroundings, we utilize locally sourced rice, pristine river water for brewing, and traditional techniques in our sake production. Just like our brand "Shojin," we always maintain a beginner's mindset and spirit.
