Kamikawa is a rare sake that can only be found in the Kamikawa region of Hokkaido. It is brewed using pristine natural spring water sourced from the Daisetsuzan mountain range, kept at an ideal temperature of around 7°C—perfect for sake brewing. The sake rice is also carefully selected from Hokkaido, primarily grown in the Kamikawa area. This sake features a gentle effervescence and mild acidity. Its fruitiness is subtle compared to its aroma, balanced beautifully with a soft umami flavor. The finish transitions from a lingering bitterness to a crisp blend of acidity and dryness, creating an exceptionally well-balanced profile.
