This Daiginjo has a fruity aroma like watermelons and bananas, and floral fragrance like white lilies. It tastes a little bit crisp yet it has a well-rounded and robust flavor. You will love this surprisingly incisive sake ! It goes well with naturally sweet foods such as lobster, scallops, and avocados. It recommended to serve chilled well at 5 to 10 degrees Celsius.
