At first, you can feel sweet aroma like orange peels and coconuts, and then savory and spicy one like walnut, clove and white miso. You will enjoy these complexity. It has a high viscosity and fresh yet rich taste, so it is well-balanced sake. It matches well with simmered mackerel in miso, grilled eggplant with sweet miso paste.
