Their inaugural sake, a Junmai Daiginjo, was crafted in collaboration with Yoshi No Gawa, a family-owned brewery in Niigata, Japan, with a legacy dating back to 1548. Situated at the foothills of the Japanese Alps, Niigata is known for rice nourished by pure snowmelt water. These natural conditions make Nagaoka, a city in Niigata Prefecture, home to some of the finest sakes in the world. They believe that sake deserves a new chapter. This versatile drink has the potential to be enjoyed far beyond Japanese cuisine. Their mission is to showcase all that sake can be.
