It is characterized by its elegant and crisp taste. It has a gorgeous aroma and a soft mouthfeel, and combined with the crispness of ginjo-shu, you can enjoy its dignified sharpness and well-balanced dryness. Please enjoy its fruity aroma like white peaches and pears in a chilled wine glass.

Nagai Sake Inc. (Mizubasho)

Nagai Sake Inc. (Mizubasho)

Gunma

Nagai Sake Brewery was founded in 1904. The first-generation head of the Nagai Sake Brewery started brewing sake when he encountered the "water" of Kawaba Village. In 1992, the mainstay brand "Mizubasho" was launched, focusing on quality. In order to preserve the traditions and techniques that should be handed down from generation to generation, the company made a bold move to innovate and segregate "what only people can do" with more manual work than before, and "what should be modernized" with bold innovations. We will continue to strive for further "kurazukuri," "sake brewing," and "human resource development" based on our vision of what a brewery should be in the 21st century.
