This brewery is famous for making sake using flower yeast. This sake was brewed by the traditional brewing method called "Kimoto", using the flower yeast of rhododendron, the combination of Kimoto and the rhododendron flower yeast brings about unique acidity and aftertaste. It has a gentle and fruity aroma like banana and melon, umami of sake rice "Omachi", and richness like daily products. It makes a great match with beef steak, cream stew, pork cutlet, or mapo tofu. It is recommended to serve chilled or at room temperature with wine glass.
