Ten years ago, they established a sake rice research association with the goal of producing better rice. This initiative brings together contract farmers, agricultural experts, agricultural cooperatives, and local government officials to collaboratively improve sake rice cultivation. Driven by the desire to create sake that represents Gojome Town using rice grown in Gojome Town, Fukurokuju Sake Brewery crafts its products with dedication and pride.
