Gasanryu Kisaragi Daiginjo "Kisaragi"(February) is the origin of the Gazanryu series, and it all started with this sake. All the rice used for this sake is grown in Yamagata. “Gasanryu Kisaragi” has a slightly lower alcohol content of 14 to 15 degrees than regular sake and has a light, soft taste with a well-balanced and delicious rice flavor. The name "Gazanryu" comes from the idea that "mountains are static and rivers are flowing," and that represents we should not get caught up in “fixed ideas." They are making all efforts to produce sake from the raw material rice in local rice fields, with the goal of producing "genuine local sake", the sake that people really want. In recent years, this sake review has been rapidly rising among experts and breweries, and it is getting more popular and popular.

Our brewing process is distinguished by the use of 'Dewasansan' rice cultivated in our own fields and the underground water from the Futsuzawa mountain range, drawn from approximately 20 meters below ground. We carefully select and utilize koji and yeast strains that align with our desired sake quality, continuously evolving through daily research and experimentation. 'Gasanryu' brand sake is characterized by its fresh and clear taste, making it easy to drink and enjoyable for everyone without getting tired of it. We strive to create sake that is universally delicious and approachable, constantly researching and challenging ourselves to achieve this goal.
