3.9Delightfully balanced. A fresh bottle has a small amount of tingly effervescence like a nama while carrying the body of a junmai. To enhance the umami it is suggested to have some sea salt on the rim of your masu and to prime your taste buds with that before you sip.

3.7Novice Review (chilled): A much bolder flavor profile among the Dassai line that I’ve tried (Dassai 50, 35). Very fruity, with a nice dose of acidity and sweetness. the only thing that makes me do a double take is this interesting hint of haybale that I get from this drink. I’m not sure if it’s this particular bottle, but the funk is slightly off putting for my tastes.
