Experience the 'Paradise' in a glass with this Junmai Ginjo from Suzumasamune - a lively brew with notes of fresh fruit and smooth nuances of polished, fragrant rice. An SMV of 3.5 hints at a sweet-leaning balance, while the heightened acidity of 2.1 brings about a pleasing contrast. It works beautifully with light, savory dishes. Crafted in Shiga prefecture by the esteemed Yaho Brewing, where a 50% polish ratio underlines meticulous attention to quality. Paradise awaits you in each sip!

Yao Brewery Company

Shiga

Founded in 1791 during the late Edo period, Yao Brewery is a sake brewery with over 200 years of history. Its signature brand, Suzu Masamune, combines the imagery of a “suzu” (a sacred bell from a shrine) and Masamune (a name synonymous with fine swords), symbolizing a sake with a crisp, dignified character. The brewery is located in Hino Town in southern Shiga Prefecture. Driven by the desire to help people fully enjoy sake as a rice-based alcoholic beverage, the brewery creates sake that complements food and suits a variety of occasions.
