Yamagata

Our small brewery is located in the Matsumine district of Matsuyama, a quaint castle town in the Shonai region. Positioned on the eastern edge of the Shonai Plain, we are nestled at the foot of the 200-meter Toyama Mountain, with the Mogami River flowing nearby. We use soft water, resulting in a gentle sake profile. Our policy is to create sake that spreads smoothly in the mouth and finishes with a clean, sharp aftertaste.
