Founded in 1864, this brewery is located in the nature-rich region of Oku-Mikawa in Aichi Prefecture. With a deep commitment to quality, they carefully select their sake rice and handle all rice polishing in-house. Some of the rice is even cultivated by the brewery itself. For the brewing alcohol—one of the ingredients used in sake—they produce it from their own sake lees, making full use of raw materials while prioritizing safety and environmental sustainability. In addition to sake, the brewery also produces shochu and liqueurs made with locally grown fruits, offering a diverse range of products.
