Unwrap a bottle of Kamoizumi Junmaiginjou Ryokusen Honjikomi to experience a brew from Hiroshima prefecture. Behind its exquisite gentleness lies an acidity level of 1.6 that provides a harmonious balance to the sweetness. Light on the palate with an SMV of 1, it gives a hint of unripened banana and ripe white peach. Best paired with delicate dishes such as sushi or white fish. Enjoy the heritage of Kamoizumi Sake Brewery with this Junmai Ginjo crafted from the novel Nakashin Senbon rice, polished down to 60% for exceptional clarity and flavor.

Kamoizumi Brewery Company

Kamoizumi Brewery Company

Hiroshima

Founded in 1912 as Maegaki Sake Brewery, Kamoizumi Brewery has been crafting sake under the "Kamoizumi" brand. In the mid-1960s, the second-generation brewer aimed to revive traditional sake brewing, using only rice and rice koji. After much trial and error, they released "Honjikomi Kamoizumi" in 1972, becoming pioneers of junmai brewing. Since then, the brewery has dedicated itself to advancing junmai brewing across Japan and supporting the local sake industry in Saijo.
