Shichinohe Town is a quiet castle town with remnants of the Muromachi period seen in its castles and shrines. Known for its horse breeding, the town is surrounded by lush green landscapes. Our brewery has been making sake here for about 250 years, carrying on the traditional methods of the Nanbu Toji and a commitment to fundamental principles.
