Founded in 1869 in Fukushima, Eisen Brewery has remained committed to making sake by hand as much as possible, rather than relying too heavily on machinery. Our special Junmai sake, "Eisen," is made with locally grown Miyama Nishiki from Aizu. It offers a rich, full-bodied flavor and a smooth texture, with a clean finish. In 2022, it was awarded the gold medal at the Sake Competition for Wine Glasses.
