They utilize the underground water of the Asahi River, one of the three major rivers in Okayama Prefecture, for brewing. Over the years, Miyashita Shuzo has expanded its production to a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including sake, shochu, craft beer, liqueurs, whiskey, gin, and vodka, all manufactured and sold in-house.
