This sparking sake has refreshing flavor like lemon. It uses white Koji which is mainly used in making Shochu (Koji is the national fungi in Japan to brew sake), not using yellow Koji which is normally used in making sake. Compared with other, it has high acidity and effervescence so it's like high-quality sparking wine. Recommended paring is seafood menu. It is recommended to serve chilled.
