This Junmai Daiginjo offers a remarkably smooth and well-balanced profile, featuring a vibrant ginjo aroma, rich fruit flavors, and a refined finish. Served chilled, it reveals a fragrant bouquet with layered notes of honeydew melon, cantaloupe, watermelon, Asian pear, and banana. Pale gold and bright in appearance, it has a full-bodied, silky texture, and finishes with a delicate juiciness and growing umami. Notably, this is the first Junmai Daiginjo made entirely from Yamadanishiki rice harvested in the United States.
