MUWA, meaning "dream" and "harmony," is a new expression of sake that explores the full potential of four simple ingredients: rice, water, koji, and yeast. Bourbon barrel aging enhances the naturally rich and savory qualities of premium junmai sake, introducing delicate nuances of fruit and savoriness. The savory nose and palate reveal a core of butter-poached apple and oak, enveloped by spiced custard flavors of cinnamon, allspice, and cumin.​
