Rating from Customers

4.3

This sake uses "Dewa-sansan" for sake-brewing rice, which is representative one of Yamagata prefecture. Koji-mold and sake yeast used in this sake are made in Yamagata as well, so you can enjoy Yamagata. You can feel juicy aroma like green apple, gentle umami and elegant acidity. It is better to have it in chilled at the temperature between 10 to 15 degree Celsius, or between 5 to 10 degree Celsius and at the room temperature. Recommend food paring are sashimi, boiled lobster, salt-grilled mackerel pike fish.
