This bottle is brewed using 100% Dewa Sanzu, Yamagata's representative sake rice, and only Yamagata's original ingredients such as "Olise Yamagata (koji mold)" and "Yamagata Yeast" to give the most "Yamagata" feeling. It has a juicy aroma reminiscent of green apples and a perfect balance of soft umami and elegant acidity.
