Dewazakura Tobiroku Ginjo Sparkling "Festival of Stars"

Rating from Customers

4.2

4 reviews

This dry sparkling ginjo-shu is designed to be a sake that goes well with fatty meat dishes. The "natural carbon dioxide gas" the yeast produces creates a fun and exciting drinking experience. It can be enjoyed as a toast, a mid-meal drink, or an after-meal drink. It has a refreshing, slightly effervescent taste and an exquisite dry, not-too-sweet flavor. Serve well chilled. Tobiroku is sparkling. Keep the bottle cold and do not shake it, but rather loosen and tighten the cap repeatedly to release the gas before opening fully.
