Our brewery, which often uses Yamada Nishiki rice, has specially crafted this Omachi sake, wrapped in a passionate red label and available in limited quantities. It beautifully brings out the fullness and volume characteristic of Omachi without being overwhelming. It has a subtle aroma and a mild, soft taste that spreads a sweet umami flavor in your mouth.
