This sake won the Champion Sake award at IWC 2023. "Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki," one of the signature products of Juroku-dai （(16th)Kurouemon, has been brewed using the kimoto method since the award-winning 2022 brewing year. It features a layered and deep sweetness, beautifully balanced with umami-rich acidity, creating a harmonious taste. The sake also carries subtle grain-like bitterness and astringency, characteristic of Miyamanishiki rice, adding a pleasant accent to the overall flavor.
