Experience 'Onozakura Tokubetsujunmaishu Namazake', a special sake from Gifu prefecture. With a polish ratio of 55%, this brew offers a rich flavor from 'Hidahomare' rice grain. The clean, slightly sweet taste (SMV 2) tantalizes your palate making it a lovely pair with savory foods. Collected and crafted with heart from Yamanouchi Brewery, it's truly a treasure from the land of the rising sun. Enjoy the tradition in every sip!

Yamauchi Brewery Company

Gifu

Located at the entrance to the Kiso Valley, Minosaka-shita is a region known as "Ura-Kiso," where an old shortcut connects Shinshu and Hida, crossing the Kiso River and extending northward. This sake is carefully handcraftead, following traditional brewing methods with great care and attention. It is made using locally grown rice from Gifu Prefecture—Hida Homare and Gohyakumangoku—and pure spring water from Onozawa, where Yamauchi Brewery is located. With a deep commitment to quality, this junmai sake is brewed with dedication and passion.
