This sparkling won the prizes at various competitions. In one of the worldwide competition called "International Wine Challenge", it says this sparking sake has complex but confident, a kosi rice nose make a very bright and fresh sake. You can feel white peaches, lychees, sweet and sour with a creamy mousse. Please have it well-chilled.
