This Junmai Taru uses Ichinokura's classic sake "Tokubetsu Junmai sake" and has been kept in cedar casks. It features dry and crisp taste, fresh aroma derived from cedar casks, and rich umami. You can enjoy these harmony and feel pleasant aftertaste which comes from cedar aroma. It goes well with soba, yakitori, hot pot, grilled eel, or deep fried oysters. It is recommended to serve chilled to enjoy a refreshing taste, or to serve warmed to enjoy fresh cedar flavor, matured aroma, round and delicious umami, and deep taste.
