This Junmai Daiginjo is an all-Miyagi Junmai Daiginjo carefully brewed by hand using Miyagi Prefecture's "Kuranohana" rice suitable for sake brewing and the new yeast "Honofuku" developed by the Miyagi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. It has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of fruit and a graceful taste that is smooth and leaves a refreshing sweet aftertaste.
