Daimon Brewery was founded in 1826 during the Bunsei era. Building on the excellent brewing techniques inherited and developed since the Middle Ages, the brewery uses high-quality rice from the local area and the pure water sourced from the Ikoma Mountains. With great care and attention, they continue to craft high-quality sake that reflects their dedication and expertise.
