Continuing the traditional brewing techniques passed down since the late Edo period, we adhere to the motto 'Daily Renewal' and produce a wide range of products including sake, shochu, liqueurs, fruit wines, and hon-mirin. Our flagship product, 'Hisago Taiko,' is brewed at Taiko Sake Brewery located in the Yoshino River basin of Awa. This local sake is well-loved both within and outside the prefecture, having won gold medals at the National New Sake Competition a total of 20 times.
