The sake offers beautiful aromas of pear, melon, and white peach, along with hints of yogurt, fresh cheese, chestnuts, and chestnut blossoms. It has a slightly sweet initial taste with a rich mid-palate, but the finish is delicate. It pairs well with a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, including sashimi, dishes with strong broths, buttery or creamy Western dishes, Kurobuta pork shabu-shabu, tempura, and fried dishes.
