This Junmai Daiginjo is bottled unfiltered and unadjusted, with only the most flavorful middle part of the bottle selected by our master brewers during the pressing process. It is fermented slowly at a low temperature to produce an elegant ginjo aroma and a taste full of elegant, gentle sweetness and flavor.
