This sake has an aroma like Ginjo and a rich taste of decent umami. It is easy to drink and an interesting one, as you can feel the umami of rice yet it's not too sweet. "Tomizu," which is the name of this sake, means the addition of water. (1 Kokku/180L water per 1 Kokku rice method called Tomizu shikomi.) It matches well with braised pork, boiled fish, beef steak. It is recommended to serve chilled or slightly chilled.
