This sake is bottled in Nama, which means no heat sterilization, and it is very popular one around the world. It is light Nigori (cloudy) sake and it has a bitter taste so you can enjoy refreshing aftertaste and carbonic acid as well. It is highly recommended to drink this in spring or summer. It goes well with sashimi, fish tempura, steamed dishes, carpaccio, and cold tofu. Please have it chilled well as it is Nama sake.
