This 'Tokubetsu Junmai' sake is an exceptional taste sensation hailing from Akita, Japan. Its rice polished to 60%, unveils a refreshingly crisp flavor profile, balanced with an acidity level of 1.5, offering a light tartness that harmonizes beautifully with its slight sweetness (SMV: 1). As the name 'Shirakami Sanchi no Shiki' suggests, it encapsulates the four seasons of the iconic Shirakami Mountains in a glass. Savor it with local Akita cuisine for a perfect pairing experience!

Yaesu Meijo Brewery Company

Akita

The predecessor of Yaesu was established in 1950 to sell Akita Prefecture sake in the Tokyo market. Nishuhan initiated it and began as a unified brand of 10 sake breweries in the prefecture. Named after Yaesu, where the main office in Tokyo is located, the 'Su' (洲) in Yaesu was replaced with the celebratory character 'Su' (寿) to form 'Yaesu'.
