Experience a sip of history with 'Taishounotsuru Junmaiginjou', a sake brewed in memory of the Taisho era. Crafted from Asahi rice and polished down to 50%, this sake captures the vibrant flavors of Okayama prefecture. With an acidity of 1.7, expect a slightly tart taste that adds depth to its flavour profile. An SMV of 3 means it's a balanced sake, not too dry nor too sweet, making it a versatile partner to any dish. As a 'Fukurozuri Tobintori Shizuku', its pressed slowly, causing each drop to be filled with exquisite flavors.

Ochi Brewery Company

Okayama

Since our establishment in 1893, we have been committed to crafting sake using the water and rice from this region. We use mineral-rich medium-hard water drawn from the karst terrain within our brewery grounds. Our rice is sourced locally, known as Asahi rice, considered the essence of delicious rice. We fell in love with these elements early on and have been producing sake that embodies them ever since. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold the traditions of sake-making and further enhance our craft through meticulous attention to detail.
