This sake is carefully produced by hand in the cold under a heavy snowfall. This special bottle is a rare and precious junmai daiginjo, brewed in only one tank during the coldest time of the year in the brewery. Enjoy the gorgeous aroma and deep flavor produced by polishing Yamadanishiki to 35% and fermenting slowly at a low temperature. It is medium-bodied and slightly rich. We recommend drinking it cold.
