This is a special Junmai sake from Aomori, Japan, with a clean and deeply satisfying super dry mouthfeel because of its high SMV of 10. The polish ratio is 55%, creating a soft and full taste. An acidity of 1.5 brings balance, giving it a hint of fresh tartness. Works well with light, savory dishes. Get ready for a refreshingly crisp journey. Enjoy chilled for the best experience.

Hato Masamune Brewery Company

Hato Masamune Brewery Company

Aomori

Founded in 1899, Hato Masamune Brewery’s flagship brand, Hatomasamune, has a rich history. It was originally named Inaoe Masamune after the nearby Inaoe River, but later changed to Hato Masamune in honor of the white doves that made the brewery their home, believed to be protective spirits. Located in the nature-rich city of Towada, Aomori, Hato Masamune uses pure spring water from the Hakkōda and Oirase regions for brewing. The sake is crafted primarily with locally grown Aomori rice varieties, such as Hanaomoi and Hanafubuki.
